Props

if an object is being interacted with, it's a prop. A table that a character is leaning against is a prop, a table in the background is considered part of a flat backdrop or scene.Small props: $7 per prop

Additional Characters

I double the price of art per character. An uncolored bust sketch of one character costs 15$. It would be multiplied to 30$ for two characters, and 45$ for three characters.
Background and prop prices remain the same regardless of character count.

Terms of Service

If my terms of service are broken, I will not be accepting commissions from TOS rule breakers in the future, and may potentially warn friends and peers of this behavior.


GENERAL TERMS• I reserve the right to refuse a commission request for any reason.• Please include any and all relevant details pertaining to your commission when contacting me.• I should be finished with the commission within 2 to 3 weeks, but it may take up to a month depending on my workload. If my process takes longer than expected, I will notify you.• Work In Progress (aka ‘WIP’) screenshots can be sent at any time upon request.


USAGE• I do not permit ANY of my artwork or adoptables to be used in relation to non-fungible tokens (NFTs), AI image generation / manipulation, and/or anything related to cryptocurrencies• You (the customer) may display the artwork commissioned from me anywhere you’d like, as long as you link my deviantart or this carrd for credit.• This bears repeating; You must credit me if sharing my artwork. For example, crediting me in your biography if using my art as a profile picture.• I reserve the right to display completed artwork on my social media accounts or art portfolio.• Claiming any artwork I have created as your own and/or cropping/removing my signature is strictly prohibited.• My commissions are for personal, noncommercial use only.


PAYMENTS, REFUNDS* I require full payment up front, before starting any commission work.• I do not accept cancellations after I have started working on a commission. Any refunds requested must occur before I have started commission work.

I WILL Draw
• Humanoids and humans• Most furries/anthro characters• Fanart (please ensure this is allowed by the copyright holder), and fandom based characters• Gore & injuries• Explicitly sexual art, and sexually suggestive art (adult commissioners only)• 'SFW'/Nonsexual kink art (adult commissioners only)


Ask
• Animals, but it depends on the kind of animal and the complexity


I Will NOT Draw
• artwork promoting bigotry or hatred towards marginalized communities• Mechanical characters, heavy armour, robots, and similar• Satyrs, centaurs, or any other humanoids with quadruped legs in artwork where the legs would be shown.• Lizards, dragons, scalies, and other reptiles.• I will not draw anything that could land me in legal trouble in the United States of America

Do NOT send me sexually explicit images as commission references without asking first and receiving consent.

Adopts Terms of Service

• If selling an adoptable created by me that does not have additional art, please do not price the adoptable at a higher value than what you obtained them for.• If posting the character onto a website meant to display original characters, such as Toyhou.se, CharacterHub, or Refsheet.net, make sure to display credit to me for creating the adopt’s design, and link my deviantart, toyhou.se, or my carrd.• You (the customer) may alter adoptables obtained from me in any way you wish, as the character now belongs to you.
However, altering certain aspects of my adopts is something that I am uncomfortable with, and I may not willing to conduct business with you in the future if the below aspects are altered.
   • Altering any PoC (person of color) adoptables so as to make them white or lighter skinned
   • Alter any disabled adoptables so as to make them able-bodied.Again, people who alter my designs in a manner that makes me uncomfortable will not be put on public blacklists, I simply may not conduct further business with you.


COMMERCIAL VENUES• Artwork I have created of my adopts are for non-commercial use only! Please contact me to discuss options if you wish to use my artwork in commercial ventures!
Monetizing art the current owner has created of my adopts is fine.• As of May 30th, 2026; I do not allow for my designs to be used in commercial venues, unless commercial rights are purchased. Commercial rights can be bought for an additional 50% of the base price of the character.


TOYHOU.SE SPECIFIC TERMS• If you have obtained one of my designs from toyhou.se, PLEASE do not delete it from toyhou.se. I cannot stop you from doing this, but I would very much appreciate my designs not going into the void.
