Terms of Service

almost all of my terms can be changed to meet a customer’s needs in individual cases.
If my terms of service are broken, I will not be accepting commissions from TOS rule breakers in the future, and may potentially warn friends and peers of this behavior.• Please include any and all relevant details pertaining to your commission when contacting me.* I do not permit ANY of my artwork or adoptables to be used in/as non-fungible tokens (NFTs), AI image generation / manipulation, or anything related to cryptocurrencies* You (the customer) may display the artwork commissioned from me anywhere you’d like, as long as you link my deviantart or this carrd for credit.* This bears repeating; Please credit me if using my art anywhere. For example, crediting me in your biography if using my art as a profile picture.* Claiming any artwork I have created as your own and/or cropping/removing my signature is strictly prohibited* My commissions are for personal, noncommercial use only* I require half of my payment up front, before starting any commission work. The other half should be paid no later than after the commission has been finished and sent to the commissioner.* I reserve the right to display completed artwork on my social media accounts or art portfolio* I accept cancellations.
     * If I have already been paid and have either not started working, or have only drawn the sketch, I will refund the customer
     * If I have done any work further than a sketch, I will send the customer the work I have completed, and will keep the payment as compensation for my time.
* If the commission in its entirety is a sketch, refunds are not an option.* I should be finished with the commission within 2 to 3 weeks, but it may take up to a month depending on my workload. If my process takes longer than expected, I will notify you.* Work In Progress screenshots can be sent at any time upon request.

Boundaries

• artwork promoting bigotry or hatred towards marginalized communities• Mechanical characters, heavy armour, robots, and similar• Satyrs, centaurs, or any other humanoids with quadruped legs in artwork where the legs would be shown.• Lizards, dragons, scalies, and other reptiles.• I will not draw anything that could land me in legal trouble in the United States of America
